There is no hack to immediately get unlimited gems and coins. Your best chance at getting a lot of them is to either use the gem power up and coin power up and play many runs in the game or to purchase them with real money.

The app for Temple Run 2 can be played offline. You can still do runs and collect gems like normal. The only difference is that you won’t be able to do challenges offline and your leaderboard scores won’t update.
