  • Question
What if I don't want to eat it but my parents force me to?

Just close your eyes and tell yourself that you have gotten through many things before and this is just a small obstacle you need to cross and gulp the food down.
  • Question
My parents are making me eat vegetables and other stuff because I'm doing sports. I don't really hate vegetables but I'm not very fond of them either. Is there a way to like make them less bland?
    Community Answer
Ask them to put the veggies in to a flavorful soup or to add more spices. Usually just sauteing them with some salt and fat (olive oil, butter, etc.) makes them far more appetizing. Use condiments like mustard, vinegar, pepper, lime juice, etc. to add more taste.

Just tell yourself that you have been through worse things in your life. If you really don't like it, just come clean, she probably won't be mad. Remember, you will only be eating for a bit, and it might not be as bad as you think.
