I have pimples and acne on my face, what do I do if I can't see a dermatologist?

Here's my nightly routine: I cleanse with Neutrogena cleanser, then apply a rose toner with a cotton pad. I then use Body Shop tea tree oil drops and massage it in. 10 minutes later I apply a Neutrogena moisturizer. Once a week, I exfoliate in between the cleanser and the toner.
