The first three are available in Generation I (Red and Green), Espeon and Umbreon are available in Generation II (Gold, Silver and Crystal), Leafeon and Glaceon are available in Generation IV (Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, via trade in HeartGold and SoulSilver), and Sylveon is a Fairy-type, and since the Fairy-type is introduced in Generation VI (X and Y), it can be obtainable in these games. If you are playing a Generation VI game, you can get all eight.

Sorry to dissappoint, but neither Espeon nor Umbreon are available in FRLG, except by trading them in from another game. This is due to them being remakes of the Gen1 games, which didn't have a day-night cycle.
