    Community Answer
Start in the middle of your comfortable range and sing down the scale. Stop on your lowest good note. Go back up to one note below your previous starting place and repeat. It seems that every time that I try to sing a high note, my voice always cracks. What should I do?
    Community Answer
A lot of times people just aren't confident enough to reach those high notes so they shy away and that's when it cracks. What my voice teacher used to tell me was to attack the high notes. If it helps practice in private, it sometimes helps if no one is watching you. Also when you are approaching a high not take your forearms and put them in front of you then put one hand over the other in a circular motion go from slow and go faster the higher you get. Try leaning forward while doing this. You can also try whatever hand motions work best for you whether that be reaching or pushing or just whatever. The most important thing is don't let those notes intimidate you!
