How can I find an email address I had 6 years ago?

Try searching up the date, if you can remember it, or the year you received the email. It may take a while to look through the mail from that time period but you should eventually find it.

If they are deleted emails, the only way I know you can get them back is by having originators re-send the messages from their Sent Items folders.

I have a Gmail account but my old emails keep getting deleted. They are not getting deleted because of blocked emailers. I have some important emails and I don't want anything to happen to them.

Maybe they are getting archived. If you type in the search bar and find one of those old emails, that means they are there. You have to check the settings on your Gmail to see how many emails you have set or is set by default to show in one page. You can read Find Archived Mail on Gmail .

My gmail account is only showing emails from the last seven years. Each day, a new set of emails disappears from "All Mail." Any help?

If you have created separate labels that are like folders for specific emails, then perhaps your new emails are going under those labels. You can read Manage Labels in Gmail for further information on accessing these labels. If you delete those labels, you will find all the emails regathering in the inbox section and then you'll be able to see them from All Mail as well.
