    Expert Answer
When selecting skincare products, prioritize reputable brands known for using quality, well-researched ingredients with proven effectiveness. Avoid products designed solely for a silky-smooth feel and pleasant fragrance, as these may not contribute to your skin's well-being. Steer clear of purchasing skincare items from department stores without professional guidance. For truly effective products, consider consulting a skincare physician or a dermatologist. These experts can develop a customized skin care program tailored to your specific needs and prescribe pharmaceutical-grade products not available over the counter, ensuring a more potent and personalized solution. With a professional guiding the process, you can optimize your skincare routine based on your unique skin type and concerns.

It depends on your original skin tone. If you are dark-skinned, you will never have white skin unless you bleach it (not recommended). If you already have relatively pale skin, you would certainly be on the right path!

  • Question
How do I stop pimples from forming?
    Community Answer
If your skin is relatively normal and you rarely get pimples, just make sure to wash your face more often, plus always shower after exercising (or sweating in general). If you have oily skin, then I recommend using face masks, scrubs, creams, etc. There are many types of “medication” for acne, but if you’re acne is getting too out of control even when you wash it correctly/often, it could be hormonal acne. If that’s the case, you could go to the dermatologist, they’ll prescribe medications designed just for your skin.
  • Question
How do I get my skin back to pale and even?
    Community Answer
From my experience, going outside during the winter when it’s cold and/or there is snow lightens my skin drastically, id take advantage of this and go outside often during the winter and making sure to follow the steps in the article during the spring summer and fall.
