Can this job be done from home?
    Community Answer
It depends. Some positions allow for data entry to be done from home, while others do not.
  • Question
Is there any risk in this job?
    Community Answer
There isn't any major risk, as long as you're working for a legitimate company. • Question
How can I find legitimate sites that offer data entry jobs that I could do from home?
    Community Answer
Try looking up freelancing websites where people advertise and/or aggregate data entry jobs.
  • Question
Which job is best for a long term career, programming or data entry?
    Community Answer
Programming is more interesting, more difficult and more stimulating. If you can program well, you will have a good job that pays well. Data entry, on the other hand, is pretty much the same over and over again - dull, boring work that generally does not pay well.
