Unfortunately, your hair grows at the rate that it's going to naturally grow. You can take steps to ensure that your hair is healthy, but there are no unique products out there that will cause your hair to grow at a radical speed. Any product you come across that says it "could potentially increase hair growth" is probably not going to do much good.

Trimming your hair adequately and consistently can actually help the hair grow a little bit longer, as it prevents the hair from getting to that split end stage. To help keep your ends healthy, you should also avoid using tight rubber bands when putting up your hair. These can break the ends of your hair due to the tightness and pressure of the rubber band. Opt for hair bands that are softer and gentler on the hair. You can also try using hot tools less and getting some deeper conditioning done by a professional or even by yourself.

If your hair is naturally straight, there isn't a product that will make it curly, a chemical service will be needed for that. However, if your hair is naturally curly and you want a product to enhance your natural curls, you can look into curling cremes made by Matrix, Carol's Daughter, Shea Moisture, etc.
