Understand that you and your body are beautiful, as is everyone else's. Start by complimenting yourself and pointing out any parts of your body that you like instead of focusing on the negatives. If you have weight issues, maybe try to work out more or change your diet, but if you can't/don't want to, then just take off shirt and see how that feels. Then as you get more comfortable, slowly transition by taking off more layers until you are fully naked and hopefully you'll feel more comfortable.
