    Probably not, but if you're comfortable there's nothing wrong with this. The goal when you're asleep is to stay comfortable and not wake up in the middle of the night. So long as you aren't in pain and you don't get up while you're sleeping, it's fine.

    You need to sleep with a thinner pillow under your neck. Having a heavy pillow causes your neck to turn from side to side, which in turn causes pressure on the lower back.
