Finding a village offers many benefits. First, they offer access to free items. All around a village, you’ll find chests filled with random items, and you can also find farms that are filled with many different seeds and grown foods. These farms can provide food—which will sustain your hunger now and in the future—and seeds to help you build farms and breed animals.

Light up the village completely so if you walk around with the F4/debug screen up, the light level is always above 10. Sleep every night in your bed to make sure no mobs spawn at night. Like the article says, spawn several iron volumes around the village to attack unwanted visitors.

What is the main reason of zombie siege?
    ABDORNFINRJCOJDJEISO
    Community Answer
Zombie sieges occur with a village population of 20 or more, and there must be enough beds (as in the village and pillage update, they focus on beds), around 20 or so. Wait until night. No matter how well lit your village is, they spawn anyway. The best way to get rid of this is to sleep.
