Why are my eyebrows light?

This would have the same answer as the question, "why do I have blonde hair?" It has to do with how much melanin you have in your body. The amount of melanin someone has determines their hair and skin color. However, hair lightens when exposed to UV rays from the sun (and sometimes is gently bleached in chlorine), so if you spend time outside (or swim in chlorinated pools) the ends of your hair and your eyebrows will usually lighten quickest. If you're unhappy with how your eyebrows are lighter than your hair, there are many semi-permanent eyebrow tints and eyebrow pomades on the market (at most beauty stores) to help darken them.

No natural ones. I'm afraid the only way you could do that would be edit your DNA. But you can get tattooed eyebrows by microblading if you were interested in a permanent solution.
