An 8 oz box of 32 envelopes that has 0.25 oz per envelope is about 7 grams per envelope. So if you had a box of 32 envelopes, you would have about 224 grams. Just multiply the amount of envelopes by 7.

Can I cut the shapes the night before and if so, can I just stack them on top of each other in some Tupperware? I need to take 28 pieces to school tomorrow for my son and not sure how to transport.
