A mountain fold is where the paper folds towards you when you are facing the flat side of the paper.

You can use the same steps but it might become too hard to fold as copy paper is thicker than origami paper.

Add ears to the origami wolf by squash folding the ears and then valley folding them to create to perky flaps.

A left crease works the best, if it is still too hard, then use thinner paper (origami paper being the best).
