    Community Answer
Every day is not God's way either. Just like He worked for 6 days and rested the 7th day, we should too give our mind and body rest from our daily activities, do something to freshen up and get back to work feeling ready. If you still want to be focussed, then sit in a quiet room and understand the chapters like a story with morals that teach you how to lead your life. That will make it interesting enough to do every day.
