Yes, in later levels. It can get pretty intense dealing with 30 gargantuans at once, though that only happens at about level 60.

Can you list the endless zones in order from easiest to hardest?

The answer is subjective, but here's my opinion: Dead Man's Booty (because of the planks, it's easier with blover), Pyramid of Doom, Big Bad Butte, Temple of Bloom (the blue skull guys are hard), Icebound Battleground, Terror from Tomorrow, Arthur's Challenge, La Brainsa Tarpits (because you start with primal sunflower, primal walnut, primal peashooter, and perfume shroom), Greatest Hits, Tiki Torch-er, Highway to the Danger Room. Of course, it totally depends on you and how you play the game.
