How long does it take to finish loading the rom file?

It depends on how big the file is and how fast your internet is, but I managed to download a rom of Pokemon Crystal with a bar of fast wifi in a few seconds. So if you can watch a youtube video without buffering, you can download a rom in a few blinks. Depending on your emulator, it should load around the same time (maybe slower or faster) than the original game.
