The Bible says that He didn't create the spirit of fear, but the power of love and a sound mind. Learn how to have faith in God and arm yourself with the complete armor of God.

Remember His power but know that he'll protect you if you're truly righteous. Practice and read Matthew 6:9-13. Prayer is the way to speak to the Lord. Eventually, the Holy Spirit will produce faith and peace in you so that you become comfortable with speaking to Him.
