QuestionCan I use the screen I removed for another computer as a secondary monitor?ToasterflameTop AnswererLaptop screens connect to the motherboard using a ribbon connector, this is not a standard connecter that you may be used to. To potentially connect the screen to another computer, you would have to wire the connections yourself. This would include building the working inverter and video ports, whilst entirely possible if you are able to do such a thing, it is not entirely feasible, and could potentially be dangerous to do so if inexperienced. I would recommend to just purchase a monitor designed for the purpose.
