    There are a few options on how you can do this. Go to File Explorer. The first way being to Copy or Cut the file by Right-Clicking on the file of your choosing from the C: Drive and selecting Copy or Cut. Then go to the D: Drive and right click and Paste. Another way is by dragging the file from the C: Drive to the D: drive in the left Navigation panel of the File Explorer.

    Click the file then right it and it will show the options in a drop down, or just use the shortcuts: file: ctrl+f save: ctrl+s save as: ctrl+shift+s print: crtl+p.
