  • Question
How do I find a job in 2020?
    Drew Hawkins1
    Community Answer
In 2020, the best place for you to go job hunting is online. If there's a specific company you want to work for, check out their website and go to their "Careers" or "Jobs" page. Look for positions that interest you and apply for them by email or by filling out an online application. You can also use a job search website to get a list of companies hiring for a specific position. For instance, if you're looking for a receptionist position, you could go to a job search site and search for places hiring receptionists. Thousands of jobs are posted to these sites every day, so be sure to check back frequently.
  • Question
How do I find a job with no experience?
    Drew Hawkins1
    Community Answer
You can look for entry-level positions that don't require a lot of experience so you can work your way up from there. Rather than trying to land a manager position, look for lower staff jobs and apply for them. You can also structure your resume to highlight your other talents or abilities. Talk about skills such as typing or punctuality. Don't shy away from the issue, either. Mention that even though you may lack experience, you're a quick learner and you have other skills that can benefit the company. Try to land an interview, where you can show the company how excited you are about potentially working for them. Enthusiasm can go a long way if you don't have a ton of experience.
  • Question
Can I work from home with no experience?
    Drew Hawkins1
    Community Answer
Yes, you absolutely can land a remote job or a job that allows you to work from home, even if you don't have any experience. There are plenty of companies that hire remote entry-level positions. Your best bet is to use a job search website like Indeed or Monster. They're great to use because if a company has a position listed there, it means they're looking for somebody to fill the spot. Use their site to filter for remote jobs that don't require much experience. Apply for multiple companies to increase your chances of getting a response. Don't get discouraged if you don't hear back immediately. In time, you'll get a response.
  • Question
How can I search for digital sales or marketing jobs?
    Community Answer
Look for a job portal first. Every country has their job portal listed with jobs. You'll find digital sales or marketing jobs through it. Or, you can make an employment account with your government office. All the information is available online.
