How good of condition does the book have to be? All pages are there and cover but what if there is a bent page or creases?

As long as the pages are intact and the entire book is readable, then it should be in good enough condition to sell. Scuff marks, pencil, creases, and folds don't prevent someone from reading the book, they just reduce the price that the book can be sold for.
