You can copy all of the message and then paste it in the typing section. Then send it to the person you want to send it to. You can also use the snipping tool to take a screenshot, then save the image. Just right-click the save, then you go to your email and choose the selection of file button. Then click on it and choose the picture you saved, then send it.

It may be that the contacts have not yet been uploaded onto the app, especially if they are new. Try checking to see if the contacts are labelled correctly. Or, you could try restarting the app itself (exiting and reopening it) or the devices themselves (mobile device and PC) and see what happens. Remember that both mobile and PC have to be inter-connected properly for contacts to be shared and displayed.

First, hover your cursor over the message you'd like to forward. Then a drop-down symbol will appear at the top right corner of said message. Click it then select the option that says 'Forward message'. This will give you the opportunity to select the amount of messages you would like to forward. After that, the app will allow you to choose the chat(s) you'd like to send said messages.

I have a document in Word. How to I send it to WhatsApp contacts?

There are two ways. The first (and shorter) way is that you could simply drag the file you want to send from its location onto the chat you'd like to send it to. Another way is by clicking on the pin-looking icon at the bottom left of your screen. Here, 5 other icons will appear - click on the one that says 'Document'. From here, you can browse your computer, find the file and upload it to the chat you'd like to send it to. But first, you must be in the chat you'd like to send it to, you wouldn't want to forward it to the wrong person(s)!
