Mostly tenor. Notice there are a lot of "Uh!"s in between sentences. He did this so he could prepare for sudden changes in pitch. Try using your hand. Say "Uh!" really high, and in the middle, poke the bottom of your neck with two fingers. Practice a lot, and then try it without using your hands.
