    Yes, you can. Stainless steel is not going to absorb the taste of the vinegar and is easily cleaned for other uses. The stainless steel will also not affect your vinegar. BUT make sure it is truly stainless steel. Cheap versions will impart a metallic taste to your vinegar and are almost impossible to clean.
