My Wii Fit balance board came with the disc but it reads error when I try to use it. How do I sync these?

Open the small flap on your Nintendo Wii console, and you should see a red button. Hold that down as well as the long grey button on the balance board. The red button should reset the controllers and start searching for one which will register your Wii Fit Balance Board.

If syncing doesn't work, try replacing the batteries. Even if they are brand new, you should still change them when you have this problem because the batteries may not be ideal. However, if this doesn't work, call Nintendo during their open hours (probably listed on the box), and if that doesn't work, return it to where you got it, and buy a new one.
