It shouldn't take much longer than a few days or a week until the bullfrog will adjust (although, since it is wild, it may take a bit longer for it to be used to being enclosed). Bullfrogs can eat quite a variety of food, such as roaches, earth worms, crickets, horn worms, and many more. It would be best to let the insects move around any land you have in the enclosure to let the bullfrog hunt them on its own.
