How do I delete a friend from my facebook page?

Go to their page by clicking their name. Once there, you should see several tabs beside their picture, usually labeled as "friends" and "following." Drag your cursor over to "friends," and click it. You'll see an option to "unfriend." Click that and you're done.

How do I change a picture on the profile?

On your Facebook page, move your mouse cursor over the picture. This should reveal a "camera" icon that you can left click on. A box of options should open up -- highlight and click on the option to Change Picture and another box with your pictures will come up. Pick the one you want or upload a new one from your computer, and save.
