How do I activate the predictive word feature on my iPhone?

On the bottom left of your keyboard there should be a button that looks like the a planet. Hold down on that until all of your keyboards show up, then click "predictive." If you do not have the button then go to settings>general>keyboard and make sure the "predictive" switch is on.

Why do I have a voice repeating every letter when I text?

Most likely the "Help Voice" or something similar was turned on. Go to settings and look around for something that sounds similar to a helping voice and turn it off. Then it should stop.
