You could cancel your subscription. There is usually a edit payments tab that you would select to remove a specific credit card. Worse case scenario you could replace your credit card and then you I'll be sent a new one with a different number and your old numbers will be invalid. But if you do that option, don't forget to change any other online payments that you want to continue paying for!
