Yes. I just returned an Amazon purchase to one of the lockers in Austin TX. I just scanned the bar code on the return label and a door popped open to insert my box. It was very easy.

You can look up the location and normally call the store it’s located at to find out if it is indoors or outside. Inside ones would be that room’s ambient temperature. But the lockers themselves have no temperature control, so outside, the lockers could be upwards of 105°F, such as in Texas.
