    No. Pearl Ex pigments are not meant to be used in makeup or food. Cosmetics made with Pearl Ex may result in skin irritation and food decorations tinted with Pearl Ex may cause food poisoning.

    You can, but I wouldn't recommend it. Try finding some actual writing ink. Watercolors can sometimes work for me as well.
