How can I add a story to a reading list on wattpad?

When you first pull up the book's information, you will see the title, cover, summary, author, and tags. Next to the "Read" button is a little plus sign. Select it, then select either your library or whatever reading list you want to add it to.

Can I search for an author in the search section or is it book titles only?

You can look for profiles there. If you're on mobile, go to the search bar and put their username and press search, then press the profiles section, and you should find it. On the computer, do the same thing, but you don't have to click any sections because it should be to the right of the page.

How do I add a video to a chapter I'm writing that is not from YouTube but from my gallery?

When you hit enter on your keyboard while writing a chapter, you will see a camera option(📷) and a video camera option(🎥). If you wish to insert a video, you will click on that option and it will take you to browse or my library. Click on my library and there you will see your videos.
