How do I fix the focus when watching a Facebook stream?

The focus of a Facebook stream is based on the camera of the Facebook streamer. Unfortunately, many Facebook streamers do not adequately focus their cameras or even adjust the volume of their event in order for people to properly see or hear their events. There is not much you can do about the focus problem, although Facebook does have some internal scrubbing software on their side that tries to help the feed to clean up video streaming problems. You can adjust audio deficiencies using your own audio panel on your computer but still, sometimes the feed is so low, you can't make it loud enough to hear in a pleasurable manner.

What do I do if I accidentally turned off comments on a Facebook live-stream? How do I turn them back on?

If you hover (move) your cursor/pointer to near the bottom of the video, an information bar will appear. On the bottom right is an icon that looks like a cartoon voice bubble with a "No" circle in the middle. This icon allows you to Hide/Turn off or Turn On Comments and Reactions.

If the live stream is from a public page and is open to everyone, you can watch it without a Facebook profile (or without logging in). But if you want to watch your friends’ live stream and they set the privacy to “friends only”, you need to log in to watch the live video.

How do I tell if someone is broadcasting live on Facebook? Where is the live button located?

In some cases, organizations have a regularly scheduled time for events (example: church services using Facebook to carry livestreaming); be sure that you are visiting the organization's page at the scheduled time (be sure to take into account time zones if different than your own), and the live event will show as a regular post on the organization's Facebook wall, as long as it is an open event to all. To make things even easier, if you have a Facebook account, makes sure that you like and/or follow that organization, in order to receive updates; Facebook will send you an automatic notification when there is a live streaming video. To access the video, simply click the notice.
