I would look for a shirt that has a little more detail. It could be something with an open back or it could be asymmetric. You could wear it in a lot of different ways. You could wear it with a mini skirt, a pleated skirt, or a shiny skirt. That gives it a little bit more pizzazz. If it's a simpler long sleeve, you could layer it with a blazer or a tailored vest. You can wear heels or booties to add the finishing touch to it even if it's a simple cotton shirt.
  • Question
Can I wear a light, black sweater today if the high is only 81 degrees and the humidity is only 61 percent?
    Community Answer
Yes, if you live in places along the equator and are used to the heat. This may make you more tired and uncomfortable, though.
  • Question
The high is going to be 66 F and rainy and we're under a wind advisory, what would be a good outfit to wear?
    Community Answer
Probably a long-sleeved shirt with a warm rain coat with a hood. Wear leggings or jeans for bottoms. If you have waterproof shoes, wear those as well.

I am going on a in the woods retreat and they said to wear long pants and long sleeve but it is supposed to be 79 degrees and rainy. What should I wear?

The long sleeves are to prevent ticks and other bites. It is a good idea to wear long sleeves and pants.
  • Question
Its gonna be 89 F today and I want to wear a hoodie, can I wear one without a shirt underneath?

Sure, why not? Just remember you're not wearing anything underneath, so don't drop the zipper too low. If you wear a shirt, you have options; with just a hoodie, you only have one option, no matter how hot it gets. But if you feel like it and you're not going anywhere that has a dress code in place, sure.
