Some skincare products that you can start with are: a cleanser (Cera Ve is a good brand); a moisturiser; sunscreen with SPF 50; a serum (The Ordinary or esmi are good brands, although esmi comes at a hefty 30 dollars). Twelve is also a good age to wear lip gloss.

You can do whatever you want to do. But… personally if you are doing base makeup I think it would look better with some blush and bronzer and stuff like that.
