Not going to lie, there's not much you can do except build cover and quick peek with a sniper. Hope you can hit a headshot (shouldn't be too hard, as they rarely ever build for cover) and insta win. This is the only effective strategy to beat a hacker, and requires a lot of finesse. Make sure to spectate the player after you die to be sure he is hacking before reporting him.

Use the clay pellets or do the target practice activities in the playground. The challenge games have been removed.

I personally use down on the d-pad to edit, as it allows me to go straight to editing without waiting 0.15 seconds. I believe the best thing to do is use a button for editing that is not used for anything else on your controller/keyboard. Other than that, the best way to edit fast is to practice in playground.

Build yourself some cover, and try to isolate one player if possible. Most players will chase you if you begin to build, and they may lose each other as well.

Build a fort or a target so you can aim things at the target or fort. To increase my aim, I turn my sensitivity down. Use grenades as a start, then move on to more complex and automatic weapons like a scar or a deagle.

Try turning your sensitivity down a little bit. It helps with aiming. One downside to this, though, is that you can't build or turn as quickly.

It depends on whether you want to shoot faster with less damage, or more damage and a longer wait between shots. Use a tactical if you don’t have good aim, and a pump if you do.

Land somewhere that you know is less populated and hope you can find some kind of weapon. There is no best gun; all are good.

You can try asking a friend, but most likely they will say no, so just keep practicing until you get a few victories, and then you will have v-bux.

Try to build stairs in front of where they will try to edit, or you can try to break and build a wall so you can edit on them.

Let them kill you, then report them from the spectating menu. From there, Epic will review the report and they may be banned.
