  1. Go to the website www.facebook.com and log in to your personal account. You’ll need to enter your username and password in order to gain access to your Facebook page. [1]
    • If you forget your username or password, you can use the “Forgot My Username” or “Forgot My Password” links on the failed login screen. This will take you through a password reset option using your email address or phone number on record.
  2. This option should appear on the left-hand side of your computer screen once you are logged in to your Facebook app. You’ll need to be on the “News Feed” screen of your Facebook profile to find this option; it’s not visible from your Facebook “Wall” page. [2]
