We’re digging into the very rarest Labubus, from one-of-a-kind prototypes to collaborations with designers and artists.

What’s the rarest Labubu in the world?

The rarest Labubu is a 4 ft (1.2 m) tall PVC figure that was created as a prototype. This mint-green Labubu sold for more than $170,000 at auction. One-of-a-kind Labubus were also created for the Sacai x SEVENTEEN collection.

    Life-size mint green Labubu ($170,000) In June 2025, a 4 ft (1.2 m) tall, mint green Labubu doll became the most expensive Labubu ever sold.     3 Wise Labubu ($70,000) A trio of Labubu sculptures from the “Three Wise Labubu” set became the third-most-expensive Labubu ever sold at the same auction. The dolls in this series are about 15 in (38 cm) tall with brown PVC bodies. One doll has its ears tied shut, one has its hands covering its eyes, and one has a finger over its mouth. Only 120 sets of “Three Wise Labubus” were ever produced. [3]

    Sacai x SEVENTEEN x Labubu ($30,000+) In June 2025, luxury brand Sacai released a limited capsule collection with K-pop group SEVENTEEN.     Walk By Fortune & Best of Luck ($1,100–$1,500+) These limited-edition Labubus were released to celebrate Chinese New Year. Walk By Fortune has white fur and wears a grey sweatshirt, black pants, tennis shoes, and a red scarf. Best of Luck also has white fur and wears a red sweater, black pants, and tennis shoes. [12]

    Catch Me If You Like Me ($1,000–$2,000) The Catch Me If You Like Me series features two 15 in (38 cm) plus Labubus. Both are brown dolls that carry Tycoco dolls (Labubu’s boyfriend, a skeleton with an oversized head) and wear shirts that say “We Are the Monsters!” The “regular” version has a black shirt, red hairband, and black boots, while the “special” version has a pink shirt, pink hairband, and brown boots.     14th Anniversary Labubu ($500+) For POP MART’s 14th anniversary, the retailer reportedly gave its employees a special, limited-edition Labubus.   1. Labubus began as a character in a book by artist Kasing Lung. Labubu is one of the main characters of the fantasy series The Monsters , along with her friends Tycoco, Mokoko, and Zimomo. Lung partnered with Chinese retailer POP MART in 2019 to release Labubu toys. Within a few years, Labubus were everywhere. [20]
    • Labubus’ popularity skyrocketed after they were spotted on celebrities like Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Lisa and Rosé from Blackpink, Lance Bass, Cardi B, and Cher.
    • The craze is also partially driven by POP MART’s decision to sell the toys in blind boxes. Consumers purchase a doll from a certain series, but don’t know exactly which style they’re getting until after they buy it. That sometimes encourages people to keep purchasing until they get the exact Labubu they want.
