Is your Samsung SolarCell remote not working? The SolarCell remote comes with many newer Samsung televisions, like the Samsung Frame TV and Smart TV. Here's a list of troubleshooting steps to quickly fix your Samsung solar remote control.

Quick Ways to Fix a Samsung SolarCell Remote

Charge your remote using the solar feature or a USB-C cable.
Pair your remote with the TV again.
Reset the remote and check the IR sensor using your phone's camera app.

A low charge can cause your controller not to work. Plug your remote in with a USB-C cable to charge it enough so you can use it. A red light at the top will indicate that the remote is charging. Allow the remote to charge until the charging light turns off. ^{[1]
