This wikiHow teaches you how to save Telegram GIFs for the future on your iPhone or iPad. You can save GIFs sent to you by other users to your library, phone, or tablet, but you can only save Telegram’s built-in GIFs to your library.
Quick Tips on Saving Telegram GIFs
Navigate to the conversation that has the GIF you want to save. Once you find the GIF, press and hold on it until a menu pops up. Tap More... , which will bring you to a screen with all the images in the conversation. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen, then tap Save video .

Open Telegram on your iPhone or iPad. It’s a round blue icon with a white paper airplane inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen.

Tap Save [number] videos . “[number]” reflects the amount of selected GIFs. This saves the GIFs to your phone or tablet’s gallery.
