  • Open Scratch.
  • Open your project in Scratch.
  • Click "File > Save Now" or "Save to your computer."

    • If you don't have an account, you won't be able to save your Scratch online. You can make a free account by going to that website and clicking Join .

    The reason it won't save is because these aren't the actual steps. To actually save the project, click on the 'Save Now' button at the top right. It will automatically save every five minutes anyway.
