      Tips

      • If a friend has made their birthday private on Facebook, you will not see their birthday on the calendar or be notified when it's approaching. [3]
      • Another way to open the Birthdays page is to tap the Notifications icon (the bell) at the bottom of the screen and select any of your current or past birthday notifications.
      • To view a specific friend's birthday, open their profile, tap See (friend's) About Info , and then find their birthday under "Basic Info." If you don't see it there, they haven't made their birthdate public.
