Do you want to find who you're following on Facebook? You can follow people, Pages, and even lists on Facebook. If you want to see a list of everyone you're following, you can easily check your Activity log on mobile or your profile on desktop. This wikiHow will show you how to find all of your followers and following on Facebook using your iPhone, iPad, Android, or computer.
Finding Your Facebook Following
- To see who you're following, open your profile and click "Activity log" → "Connections" → "Followers" → "Who you've followed…".
- On mobile, go to your profile and tap "•••" → "Activity log" → "Connections" → "Followers" → "Who you've followed…"
- You can click or tap each profile, group, or list and select "Unfollow" to unfollow them.
Steps

Open the Facebook app. This looks like a white "f" on a dark-blue background. If you're signed into Facebook, the app will open to your News Feed.
- If you aren't already signed into Facebook, enter your email address and password before proceeding. If needed, you can reset your password .

Tap your profile picture. You can find this at the top of the news feed, or you can tap ☰ in the bottom-right corner and select your name.
- Your profile page will open.

Tap ••• . You can find this underneath your name.

Tap Activity log . This will be underneath View as .

Tap Connections . You can find this underneath Personal information . The section will expand.

Tap Followers . This is the subsection underneath Friends . The subsection will expand.

Tap Who you've followed and unfollowed . This is the second option.

- To unfollow a profile, page, or list:
- Tap Home in the bottom-left corner.
- Tap the magnifying glass icon.
- Enter the name of the profile, page, or list and tap the airplane icon.
- Tap the profile, page, or list.
- To unfollow a group, select Joined , and then Unfollow group . For a Page, tap Following , and then select Unfollow . For a profile, tap Friends , and then tap Unfollow . [2] X Research source

View your followers (optional). If you want to see a list of people who follow your profile, do the following:
- Go to your profile.
- Tap ••• .
- Tap Activity log .
- Tap Connections
- Tap Followers .
- Tap People who followed you .

Go to https://www.facebook.com/ in your computer's web browser. If you're already logged into Facebook, doing so will open your News Feed.
- If you aren't logged into Facebook , first enter your email address (or phone number) into the top-right corner of the screen and click Log In .

Click your profile picture and select your name. You can find this at the top-left corner of the page.
- You'll be redirected to your profile page.

Click ••• . You can find this under your name.
- A drop-down menu will open.

Click Activity log . This will be underneath Story archive .
- A new page will open.

Click Connections . You can find this in the left sidebar. The section will expand.

Click Followers . This is underneath Friends . The section will expand.

View your following. You'll see a list of people, Pages, and other lists you follow.
- If needed, you can click a profile, page, or list and unfollow them.
- To unfollow a group, click Joined , and then Unfollow group . For a Page, click Following , and then select Unfollow . For a profile, click Friends , and then click Unfollow .
- If needed, you can click a profile, page, or list and unfollow them.

View your followers (optional). Facebook users can choose to follow you without adding you first. If you want to see a list of people who follow your profile, do the following:
- Go to your profile page.
- Click ••• .
- Click Activity log .
- Click Connections
- Click Followers .
- Click People who followed you .
