If you don't have lowercase keys on your iPhone, you may have disabled the feature by mistake. Luckily, you can turn it back on again in a few simple steps. If you want to type in all lowercase, you can disable the Auto-Capitalization feature. Here's how to show lowercase keys on an iPhone.

Open the Settings app. This is the gray cog icon.
- Make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest version.

Toggle on "Show Lowercase Keys". When you use the Shift key to switch between uppercase and lowercase, you'll now see lowercase letters when the mode is active.
