- Open the document in Adobe Sign (free from the App Store).
- Tap the pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select Fill & Sign .
- Tap Create Signature .
- Draw your signature with your finger or a stylus.
- Tap Done to place your signature into the document.
