This wikiHow teaches you how to tag a member of a Discord chat channel on an Android.

  1. It’s the blue icon with a white gamepad. You should find it on your home screen or in the app drawer.
  2. You can swipe right or tap ☰ to expand the menu. From there, select a server in the left panel.

  4. Make sure you're typing into the text field. You’ll see a list of members in the channel and other commands you can use with "@".
  5. To find them, start typing the first few letters of their name to narrow down the member list, then tap their name.
  6. It’s the paper airplane icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen. The message will now appear in the chat and the person you tagged will be notified.
