Genmoji is one of the most anticipated new features in iOS 18. This feature will allow you to create custom emojis from the emoji keyboard using generative AI. But how exactly do you use it? In this article, we'll go over how to create and use Genmoji and explain what Genmoji is. Unfortunately, Genmoji can only be used on iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, and all 16 models, and won't be available until iOS 18.2 , which is predicted to release in December 2024 [1] .

    While Genmoji aren't technically part of the Unicode emoji alphabet, they can be used similar to a standard emoji thanks to new technology from Apple. [2]
