Using Witch Hazel to Treat Hemorrhoids
Dip a cotton ball in witch hazel and rest it over the hemorrhoid for 1 minute, repeating up to 6 times a day. Alternatively, take a sitz bath with warm water, Epsom salt , and witch hazel for 15-20 minutes. Or, rub a hemorrhoid cream containing witch hazel on your hemorrhoids.
